User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and User Privacy Rights

Overview

At Melirro, we value your privacy and provide transparent controls over your personal information. According to Meta Platform Policy, users who interact with our Facebook / Instagram automated messaging services have the right to request deletion of their interaction data.

Method 1: Remove Melirro Activities via Facebook Settings

You can remove our app permissions and request deletion of activities directly through Facebook:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Locate Melirro in your list of apps.
  4. Click the Remove button.
  5. Check the box to confirm removing all posts, videos, or events that Melirro may have published on your behalf, and click Remove.
  6. You can also click on View Removed Apps and Websites and click Send Request to notify us to delete all your user data from our records.

Method 2: Direct Request to Melirro Support

If you would like us to permanently delete any data collected from your interactions with our automated responses or forms, you can contact us directly:

Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to:

Please include your Facebook Profile Name or the link to your profile so our team can locate and purge your records.

Upon receipt of your request, our engineering team will permanently delete your stored records within 48 hours and send you a written confirmation.
